WellSpring Builders was privileged to serve local tech icon EMMA when they decided to relocate their corporate offices to the Historic Trolley Barns in order to compensate for recent and anticipated future growth. The EMMA project included the complete restoration of two buildings totaling 32,000 square feet originally built in the 1940’s. The renovations to the building included removal and replacement of the existing concrete slabs on grade, new interior structural steel mezzanines, a circular “War Room” with curved steel doors, a bistro area for corporate and community gatherings, extensive interior glass, birch trim and acoustical treatments. The interior finishes are Class A office grade throughout the collaborative and divided areas. The project was designed by Gilbert McLaughlin Casella of Nashville, TN.
