The Bar Method

WellSpring Builders had the privilege of constructing the first Bar Method Studio to be located in Tennessee. The Bar Method had their start in California and is enjoying rapid growth across the United States and Canada as they serve their clients with their fitness needs.

The project was designed by Sorci & Swords Design of Nashville, TN.
