The Nashville Entrepreneur Center

WellSpring Builders is pleased to have been selected as the contractor for the well-known Nashville Entrepreneur Center in the Historic Trolley Barns. This project included the complete restoration of the 18,000 square foot building structure which was originally built in the 1940’s. The exterior building restoration included restoration of the exterior brick walls, original windows, and the construction of a new roof system. The new interior of the building was built with Class A office elements. The project is currently submitted as a LEED Gold project. The project was designed by DeNovo Concepts of Nashville, TN.
